Tor Vergata for Ukraine:
Teaching Italian Language to Refugees
CLICI – the Centre for Italian Language and Culture of Tor Vergata University of Rome – in collaboration with the Master’s course ‘Lingua e cultura italiana a stranieri per l’accoglienza e l’internazionalizzazione – LICUS’ and the Slavonic Studies Section of the Faculty of Humanities – is organising a learning program to provide Ukrainian refugees with a cultural and language support. Refugees will be able to participate in online Italian language sessions for free as from 15 May 2023 until 31 July 2023. Sessions will be carried out online via Zoom twice a week at the minimum.
In order to participate in the Italian language program, refugees are required to fill out the application form at the following link by 28 April 2023.
If applications are more than expected, CLICI will organise learning groups according to the spots’ availability.
